WalletHub recently released a report showing the happiest places to live in the United States. They ranked over 180 happiest cities in the US placing them in three categories: emotional and physical well-being; community and environment; and income and employment. According to the report, the happiest place to live in the United States is Fremont, California. The city is in the southeast San Francisco Bay Area and has a rapidly growing population of around 230,000. Coming in close behind Fremont is Bismarck, North Dakota. According to Forbes magazine, Bismarck is the seventh fastest-growing small city in the US with an estimated population of 73,000.
San Jose, California, is the third happiest city. It is an economic, political, and cultural center of the Silicon Valley. It is one of the wealthiest cities in not only the USA, but the world.
